  2. Why are there no tickets available on the date I wish to travel?

    Depending on the weekends or festive season in Malaysia, there could be a peak in purchase or all the tickets are sold out.

  3. Can i make a group booking?

    Yes, you can make a group booking.

  4. How do I know my booking is confirmed?

    An order summary from Easybook will be emailed which serves as a notification that your payment was successful.

    A second, final email will be sent to you. This is the E-ticket that you should take with you (soft or hard copy) to the train.

  5. Do I need to go to the KTM counter and show the E-Ticket received?

    No, you don't need to show the E-ticket at the counter. You may go directly to your respective coach train.

  6. Do I need to print out the e-ticket?

    You may either print out the ticket, or save as PDF in your smartphone. If you intend to show the E-ticket on your phone, make sure that the entire (all pages) E-ticket is viewable.

  7. Can I book tickets/register from outside the Malaysia?

    Yes, you can book and register outside of Malaysia. All you need is a stable internet connection to do so.

  8. Can I change my ticket?

    No. Once booked, tickets are strictly non- changeable and non-refundable.

  9. What should I do if I have not received my e-ticket before departure date?

    Please check your spam folder first.

  10. Am I eligible to get concession train ticket?

    You are eligible if you are qualified under below category:

    1. Senior citizen 60 years and above (Malaysian only)
    2. OKU/Disabled registered with Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (Malaysian only)
    3. KTMB i-Card Student (for card holders only)
    4. Child fare for passengers aged between 4 to 12 years (passengers 3 years old and below may travel free of charge, seated together with adult)
  11. Is the concession train ticket available for all train routes across Malaysia and Singapore

    Concession/discount ticket is not valid for shuttle service for JB Sentral - Woodlands - JB Sentral.

  12. What do I need during ticket inspection for concession train ticket?

    1. A ticket is valid for the passenger whose name and IC/passport number is stated on the ticket and in the boarding list.
    2. Passengers must produce an original copy of the following document during ticket inspection: -
    3. Passengers who fail to produce a valid ticket and/or an original copy of the above documents during inspection on board the train must pay the full fare and a surcharge.
    4. Foreigners holding senior citizen or disable concession tickets during inspection on board the train must pay the full fare and a surcharge.
    5. Passengers on the shuttle service between JB Sentral – Woodlands – JB Sentral holding concession/discount tickets during inspection at KTMB’s premises or on board the train must pay the full fare and a surcharge.
    6. Tickets are not transferable.

    Yes, you can get it from the train station personnel on duty or the nearest train station management office.

  2. What happens if I lose my property on one of your trains/at one of your stations?

    If that happens please contact the nearest train station personnel available or the train station management counter.
